For anyone looking for some great deals on fishing tackle in southern Maryland, the Wal-mart in Prince Frederick, MD has an entire back wall full of clearance fishing tackle. There are various odds and ends, some line, weights and a nice selection of plugs and lures.

I stocked up on Heddon Torpedo's (I am a topwater bass fishing fan!) at $3.50 a piece. The same lures at Bass Pro sell for $5.99.
